Unlock your potential with Oleei's unique three-month cycle, offering personalized assessments to track and improve key fitness metrics like strength, Functional Threshold Power (FTP), and Lactate Threshold Heart Rate (LTHR). Our program focuses on critical areas for lifelong fitness—Grip Strength, concentric & eccentric loading, pulling, hip-hinging movements, cardiovascular health, cognitive performance, and VO2 max—to optimize human performance and ensure sustainable health.

Workout of the day
We have a combination of strength, endurance, HITT & VO2 max workouts ready for you. All rooted on the principles of longevity & human performance. Choose the amount of times you want to workout and we build a 3 month program around that. Every three months we will test some vital metrics to see how you progressed.
